Engineering Division recommends approval of the site plan at this time. GRADING PLAN: 1) The Grading Plan application for this project, T08BU01094, will be reviewed under a separate cover. Any comments associated with the grading plan, if applicable, will be posted under the T08BU01094 activity. 2) Approval from TDOT Permits and Codes for all improvements within the public right-of-way will be required. A right-of-way use permit application will be required prior to construction.
