Please address the following comments and re-submit the requested plans for review. 1. List under the calculations the square footage of the existing building that is to be demolished and remaining. 2. List the number of parking spaces lost due to the demo and re-design of building and parking lot area adjacent to the building. 3. Redo the parking calculations to include the number of required and provided parking spaces. 4. If the number of loading zones is reduced or increased the loading zone calculation must be revised. 5. Per discussion with Glenn Moyer (my Supervisor) a full site plan of the development will not be required but we would like to see an expanded drawing of the site that encompasses the demo area and the vehicular use area that is affected by the redesign. It is clear that the square footage of the building is being reduced by this revision but it is also clear that the parking area is being revised. In order to ensure that the parking is not reduced to less than what is required or previously depicted on the plan submitted as reference a drawing at a scale that allows the depiction of the building foot print, loading dock area, and the parking lot area affected by the redesign must be included with the plan package. |
