Engineering Division recommends approval of the Floodplain Use Permit and site plan. CONDITIONS OF PERMIT: The associated improvements are with permit activity number T08OT00769 (Floodplain Use Permit) and T08CM000679 (site plan). The applicant attests to the fact that the plans and documents submitted represent all of the improvements that will be constructed and are included in the construction plans and/or documents herewith. This permit is specific to the fire damage repair to the "Z" purlins as shown on this site plan and structural calculations sheets. It shall not apply to any other structure or property, whether attached or unattached, not specified under this permit.
