05/15/2008 HEATHER THRALL ZONING REVIEW Denied Zoning and Planning conducted a preliminary review of the parking garage structure.

It is staff's understanding the required revisions to the development plan for the Tucson Mall have not been completed. Until the development plan is approved, building plans cannot be approved by zoning.

Once the development plan is approved, please resubmit the building plan drawings to the permit counter, with a copy of the apporved development plan. Zoning will continue the review of the structure at that time.

In addition, the Department of Urban Planning and Design acknowledges seeing a color copy of the elevations for the parking structure at an earlier date. To ensure no changes have occurred to the building plans and the project is in keeping with the conditions of the development plan, DUPD is requesting an additional color rendering of the elevation plans to be included with the building plan resubmittal for review in conjunction with the building plans.

Resubmittal is required.
