Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the grading plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Provide a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the grading plan. Grading Plan: 1. Revise note 20 to read: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 2. Provide grading plan number in the lower right hand corner of each sheet. In addion add "DS08-60" to the grading plan. 3. Correct section number 13 to 11, within the location map. 4. Provide legand and show all symbols in the legend, provide explination of each symbol. 5. Call out surface paving material. 6. Reference development standard detail for driveway design. 7. Show details of all surface materials. 8. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information. 9. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line. 10. Drainage patterns with percent slopes (Show patterns within the first 100 feet from the property line). 11.
