For a DSD Engineering Inspection, call IVR (740-6970), or contact DSD Engineering at 837-4888, or schedule inspections online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Online_Services/Online_Permits/online_permits.html 2) Contact Permits and Codes (791-5100) for any questions regarding any right-of-way permit requirements. 3) Temporary erosion/stormwater controls may be needed, used, and field adjusted as necessary, along disturbance limits for this project, with discussions with engineer of record. 4) Dust control methods such as water truck may be needed, as well as daily sweeping of streets. 5) There shall be no disturbance outside of the approved disturbance/grading limits. 6) Any revision to the Grading Plan may require a re-submittal of a revised grading plan for review. Contact DSD Engineering to discuss changes in grading design. 7) As-builts are required to be submitted prior to final grading approval. 8) If grading construction is expected to last longer than the expiration date of the grading permit, contact DSD to renew/extend the Grading Permit. If Final Grading Inspection has not been completed before the Grading Permit expires, and the permit has not been renewed, additional fees and reviews may be required.
