It does not appear that there is sufficient information to call the development plan a grading plan 3. Please ensure that the grading plan matches the CDC approved and stamped development plan. Clearly indicate grading limits. Show limits of proposed right-of-way improvements as well. Provide an estimate of the total area to be graded. 3. Provide references to appropriate details on the plan sheets. For example item C in the legend on Sheet 200 indicates accessible ramp w/truncated domes. Provide a reference to the detail. 4. Provide a note indicating that all landscape areas will be depressed to maximize water harvesting. 5. Provide the project site address on the grading plan cover sheet. 6. Provide general dimensions for the retention areas. Also provide proposed spot elevations for the basin floors. Indicate by spot elevations or by note that the basins will be graded to drain to one area of the basin. 7. Provide estimated cut and fill quantities. 8. Revise the SWPPP to include operator certifications and copies of the Construction General Permit. 9. Note that the previous CGP has expired and a new general permit has been issued by the State of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. The SWPPP must be compared and revised to be consistent with the new general permit. |
