The plan is not approved at this time. Address the remaining comment: GRADING PLAN COMMENT: 1) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.20: All Easement data is required for Engineering approval for the grading plan. Show all easements on the plan with docket and page. On utility sheet, clarify the individual utility lines. If there are any fiber optic lines must be identified and notated. Specifically, provide the Dkt and pg for the 20-ft water easement on sheet 6. 2) Resubmittal may be required if registrant does not add information (above) at the counter. Submit the resubmittal package to the permit clerks under T08BU00131 including: a) 2 copies of the revised grading plan. b) 2 copies of the revised SWPPP c) 2 copies of Geotechnical report and any addenda. d) 2 copies of revised drainage report. e) Floodplain Permit application and fee. f) Response letter.
