1. Associated with T06CM03457, approved plans for entire new office building, including its dedicated electrical service. Since the current permit involves the powering of this new building from a feeder originating at a separate structure on the same site, those plans shall be revised, submitted to Stantec, and approved as a condition of this permit.
2. Main Bonding Jumper shall be removed from existing All-In-One to allow for line side feed of new service disconnect for residence.
3. Provide conduit size, type and depth of fill for feeder to new office building.
4. Document electrical load for new feeder.
