PLEASE CALL AT 791-5550 X1106 OR EMAIL AT Linda.Buczynski@tucsonaz.gov IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS. 1. Panel schedule provides power for duct-mounted strip heater on Ckt 18,20. This was not found on the Mechanical sheets or the electrical plan. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE REVIEW OF 8/10/07. 2. Phase A and B appear to have 41,525 VA and 43,025 VA respectively, not 33770 and 33813. PANEL LOADING WAS WRITTEN UP ON REVIEW OF 8/10/07. Panel VA would be 84,550 VA, not 67,583 VA, so current would be 352A, not 282A. Feeder ampacity is only 200A. 3. The "c" value for 500 kcmil is 26706 for non-magnetic conduit, not 25000. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE REVIEW OF 8/10/07. 4. Specify the fault current rating of the panel. 5. For any series rating, specify the line side and load side ratings. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE REVIEW OF 8/10/07. Line and load side ratings still not specified. Also please note that a series rated combination shall be selected by Engineering Supervision, and the Registrant on this project is an Architect. Either get a Registered Electrical Engineer to take responsibility for this aspect of the project, or simply fully rate the new panel for its available fault current. |
