Swan - Façade Remodel T07CM03205 Site Plan (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 20, 2007 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. D.S. 2-08.5.1.A Requires a four (4) foot minimum width for a sidewalk. This said it appears that the proposed columns reduce the width of the sidewalks to less then four (4) feet. Provide dimensions showing a clear width between the proposed columns and the existing building and/or the proposed columns which are attached to the existing building. 3. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.
