COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance.

2. Show the proposed handicapped ramp at the proposed handicapped parking space located on the east side of the proposed building.

3. The handicapped signage shown at the west end of the proposed handicapped parking space, located on the east side of the proposed building, appears to reduce the 30" overhang for the vehicle. Clearly indicated on the plan that the 30" overhang is not reduced or relocate sign per Detail 11/C1.2.

4. Zoning is willing to provide an over the counter review once all comments above have been addressed. Please Call or email for an appointment.
