Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: The grading plan can be approved once the SWPPP can be approved. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: 1. I strongly recommend that the SWPPP be examined more carefully before submission for review. The submitted SWPPP contains 3 copies of the general permit, for example. 2. Additionally, where information is required but not yet known, such as for names of operators, leave space for the information to be filled in when it becomes known. 3. On the site map clearly identify where stormwater is discharged from the site. 4. Page 7 refers to the plans in appendix A. Provide the correct reference. The page also indicates that the plan is preliminary. Provide a plan that indicates what is to be implemented at the site. 5. The checklist indicates that the inspector's qualifications are listed on page 10 of the SWPPP. They are not there. Provide the qualifications. 6. The checklist was requested in order to expedite the review of the SWPPP. Please make sure the checklist is correct. 7. The SWPPP provided is full of extraneous material and lacking in specificity. Please revise the SWPPP to be specific without the extraneous material.
