The site plan and grading plan are not approved at this time. Please address the following comments: SITE PLAN COMMENTS: (Sheet X1.1) 1) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.12: Revise the location of the truncated domes as indicated on the revised site plan. The truncated dome location at the revised handicap ramps at the crosswalks are incorrect (refer to Sheet X1.1 of the last approved site plan for correct locations). A 24" in depth strip of truncated domes are required at the transition of the pedestrian circulation and vehicular use area adjacent to the crosswalk. 2) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.12: Verify that the landing for the revised handicap ramps is physically separated from the vehicular use area. Clearly indicate that the 6" extruded curb is located around the landing except at the crosswalk intersection to the landing. GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: (Sheet C-2) 3) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.12: Revise the location of the truncated domes as indicated on the revised site plan. The revised grading plan must be reviewed in house in order to digitize the revised plan and get it to our Records Department.
