Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: 3 COPIES OF THE GRADING PLAN AND SWPPP APPROVED: DRAINAGE REPORT 1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. Show the grading limits on the plan. See the Development Standard 11-01.9. for the required setbacks. The above comment is from the previous review and has not been adequately addressed. The grading limits can not extend out to the adjacent properties. Revise the grading plan appropriately. Refer to the Development Standard 11-01.9. for the required setback information. 3. It is acknowledged description is provided in the site plan keynote 17. However there is not a detail for the outlet of the bleeder pipe. Provide another detail of the outlet for the bleeder pipe and the rock riprap. Also on the grading plan indicate where the detail can be found for the bleeder pipe inlet. The above comment is from the previous review and has not been fully addressed. Provide reference to the details found on sheet 5 in keynote 17. 4. Provide cross sections for the east and south side of the property. The cross section should include the property line, some grades, PAAL and sidewalk dimensions, walls, fences, etc. The above comment is from the previous review and has not been adequately addressed. Revise detail D/C-3 to show the property line rather than a building. SWPPP COMMENTS 1. Once the grading plan is close to approval submit 3 copies of the SWPPP and grading plan. 2. Each operator is responsible for submitting a completed NOI to ADEQ and a copy to the City of Tucson. Both of the NOIs submitted (Appendix A) have not e been filled out. Provide copies of both NOIs filled out and signed by the owner and the contractor. (Part IV.F) 3. The Owner and Operator (1) certification statement needs to be signed prior to approval of the SWPPP. This assures the City of Tucson prior to issuance of a grading permit that there is a designated responsible party for the SWPPP. |
