1. Is the public sewer part of this project a separate submittal or is it part of this plan? If it is, then the Pima County Waste Water signature line should be provided on the cover sheet and the corresponding PCWW plan number.
2. Sheet 2 of 3: Provide pedestrian access easements, for public pedestrian access, at the two proposed access ramps located at Sun View Way.
3. Sheet 2 of 3: Note 7 indicates new sidewalk and the plan view shows 4' sidewalk? According to the City Development Standards, 5' sidewalk is required. Why is 4' sidewalk proposed? Revise accordingly.
4. Sheet 3 of 3: Detail 3 of 3 does not represent the proposed sidewalk location. This detail indicates a "shy" space between curbing and sidewalk. However, Detail 1 of 3 indicates sidewalk against vertical curbing? Please revise detail accordingly.
5. Sheet 3 of 3: Detail 6 of 3 is confusing. The detail seems to indicate concrete gutter, and is not clear where the landing starts? Please revise detail to indicate ramp grades, landing area, and other items as needed to detail proposed ramps. In addition please indicate r/w line.
6. Sheet 3 of 3: Based on the plan view, Detail 5 of 3 is not sufficient to detail these ramps. Please provide a detail for each ramp detailing specific issues (pedestrian access) at each ramp.
