1. Sheet 1 of 3: Add the following note: A soils Engineer shall conduct Quality Control material and inspection testing in accordance to City Standards and Specifications.
2. Sheet 1 of 3: Note 28 is note needed, please remove.
3. Sheet 2 of 3: Are the ramps indicated on the west side of Sun View Way existing or proposed ramps?
4. Sheet 2 of 3: The proposed sewer should be public.
5. Sheet 2 of 3: I suggest mid-block ramps at about station 4+60.
6. Sheet 3 of 3: Detail 1 of 3: Call out stationing (from station to station) for proposed roadway section.
7. Is the proposed improvements in existing public r/w? If so, then add recordation information. However, if this r/w to be dedicated then add Book and Page on the first sheet under the project title.
8. Sheet 3 of 3: Detail 1 of 3: Indicate 2% nominal sidewalk cross slope for both sides of the roadway. In addition, indicate a control joint between the sidewalk in the r/w and on private property.
9. Sheet 3 of 3: Indicate roadway section.
10. Sheet 3 of 3: Detail 2/3: Call out Detail 205, type 2 scupper. In addition, call new rip-rap and filter fabric.
