This permit is for the purpose of construction of a pool and spa located within a mapped Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) Zone AE, as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Community Panel No. 040076-04019C-1639K, effective date February 8, 1999.

For purposes of this permit, the following elevation requirements apply:
Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2381.0 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29)
Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2382.0 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29)
