For purposes of this permit, the following elevation requirements apply: Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2381.0 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) Regulatory Flood Elevation (RFE) = 2382.0 feet per the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD '29) Service facilities, such as electrical equipment, shall be constructed at or above the RFE and either be placed on flood proof materials or adequately flood proofed.
