1. It is not legal to modify a sealed drawing.
2. A Registered professional in the State of Arizona shall prepare, seal and sign the plans. Such is the case for any building which exceeds 3000 SF.
3. MSDS sheets shall be submitted with design. If the area warrants classification accrodding to the requirements of NEC Article 500, the design shall be prepared by a Registered Electrical Engineer.
4. Have the Permit Clerks add Mechanical and Building to the WorkFlow.
