CONDITIONS OF PERMIT: 1) DS Sec.10-02.2.3.1.2.F: All conditions of the PCFCD Permit (FPUP) No.06-613 apply. 2) DS Sec.10-02.2.3.1.2.F.1: Submit a copy of the PCFCD accepted as-built certification letter from an Arizona registered Civil Engineer as required per the Pima County Floodplain Use Permit to the City of Tucson Development Services Engineering Division Floodplain.
