Comments:

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The gross floor area indicated on the floor plans (80,527 sq. ft. ground level, 11,070 sq. ft. mezzanine level) when totaled does not equal the square footage indicated in the site/building data, on page DP-1, for Anchor #2.

Revise the proposed site and building data portion indicated on DP-1 to include the additional square footage of Anchor #2

Provide a new parking calculation (required parking) for the entire shopping center based on the additional square footage of GFA for Anchor #2.

FYI: parking calculations are based on gross floor area (GFA) of each structure not on the square footage of the foot print of the structure.

The new parking calculation and site/building data will be attached to the site plan held by the City of Tucson and will be used to verify changes when the revised development plans are submitted at a future date.
