Drainage Statement: 1. The DS has been cond.-accepted, final acceptance will be done at the grading plan stage. 2. Provide a maintenance access ramp for the ret. basin. The maintenance ramp shall be a min. of 15' wide and a min. of 15% grade. 3. Provide calculations for all scuppers and all wall-opening lengths in the DS. 4. If applicable, add the basin(s) maintenance responsibility note and checklist per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2 to the DS. Adhere to the maintenance responsibility note verbatim in the S.M.D.D.F.M. The cross walk from Avenida De La Vista to the pedestrian circulation path for the building is incorrect. A cross walk cannot run parallel to a PAAL. If the cross walk is designed similar to the cross walk at the northwest corner of the lot, cross walk from island to island with ramps, it would then meet requirements. 2. Your response to the following comment is noted. DS 2-02.2.1.11 Per DS 3-05.2.3.C.1 A barrier is required to prevent vehicles from driving onto unimproved portions of the property. A barrier will be required at the west side of the pavement between the islands near the basin and the play area. Identify the removable post barricades and provide dimensions between the posts on the site plan. Maximum 5' between posts. 3. In the Land Use Code Data section on page 1 of 3 in the proposed use groups call out. Provide the following as descriptions of the proposed uses: Day Care, subject to: 3.5.13.5.c. Child Care "16", subject to: Sec. 3.5.4.3.A, .B, .C, .D, .E, .F.2, and .G.7 Religious Use "18" 4. Provide details of the Class One and Class Two bicycle parking racks on page 3 of 3. See DS 2-09. 5. The above comments are minor in nature and can be approved over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
