Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Per the grading plan it appears that the the curb returns and access ramps at the intersection of the parking lot entrance between lot 858 and 857 have been removed. The handicapped access ramp along the opposite side of the street in the same location has been provided but it does not appear to connect to an accessible route across the street.

Also, a access ramp is provided along the west side of Dunlavin Ave. between lots 831 and 832. The access ramp does not appear to connect to any accessible route location across the street. Please revise these and any other locations with similar conditions.

It is acknowledged that some of the access ramps do not align. It would be beneficial to try and align the access ramps and provide an accessible contiunous pedestrian route that does not potentially place the pedestrian in an unsafe loaction.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal.
