Additional tree is required for parking spaces abutting existing building. 4) Choose only one option on the NPP application for exception to clearly indicate if the site does not have any protected native plants or if plants will not be impacted by development. Note: Include acceptable documentation, which clearly indicates that the project will not impact Protected Native Plants. Label the SVT for Tucson Blvd. "existing and future SVT." It must be clear that Tucson Blvd. is built out to the full ROW width and the shown SVT is for existing and future. Revise accordingly. 3. There is a new sign located in the southwest corner of the project that is located within an SVT. A clear line of sight must be maintained between 30" and 6' within an SVT. Show a detail of the sign, indicate the height, etc or relocated the sign. |
