1. City Development Services requires calculations for pole and foundation, for any pole which exceeds 20' in height, sealed by a Registered Structural Engineer.
2. Total mean installed lumens of 177,760 for 1.73 acres results in 102,751 lumens per acre, which calls for a Special Inspection per Section 16 of the Tucson Lighting Code.
3. The luminaire specified as Fixture A, which is not full cutoff, should appear in the non-FCO column of the Lumen Calculation. It appears that the allowable non-FCO limits are exceeded. Please note that per Section 5.1.2, full cutoff lighting fixtures installed under canopies shall not be counted in determining total light output, which would satisfy this Comment, and render Special Inspection referenced in Comment #2 above to be unnecessary.
