1) Restroom does not meet the ANSI A117.1 2003 requirements. Clarify urinal clear floor space and mounting heights for urinal, paper towel dispenser, and soap dispenser.
3) Clarify chain link gate hardware for handicap access. Clarify maneuvering clearances and modifications shall be noted in permanent ink.
4) If detail 2/A2.0 is in scope of work then ramps shall meet standards required in ANSI 117.1 2003 standards. Need to have a clear meanuevering space with no grade change for person in wheel chair to make the change in direction before the ramp.
5) Provide complete structural analysis per Chapt 16 2003 IBC. Lateral & seismic justification still missing. Clarify equations and location of equations used per the 2003 IBC.
