1 This plan was reviewed by zoning staff for compliance with the last submitted and reviewed site plan. As the site plan has not been approved, and Board of Adjustment parking variances are required to allow the project to proceed, zoning staff cannot approve the building plans at this time.

2. This building plan may be reviewed over the counter, upon approval of the site plan. Please include copies of the approved site plan stapled into each set of building drawings.
