COMMENT REMAINS: The current submittal still has not provided sufficient information in order to verify compliance with chapter 10 of the 2003 IBC (i.e. handrail size, actual rise and run of the stairs, overall elevation difference for the need of guards, etc.). 6) Keynote 11 detail per ANSI a117.1 2003, ramps - slope etc. COMMENT REMAINS: Please coordinate keynote 11 on sheet C1.1 regarding the ramps and the denoted signage per section 106.1.1 of the 2003 IBC. The current submittal for keynote 11 references bicycle parking signage but calls out ramps. In addition, please provide the appropriate ramp details in order to verify compliance with chapters 10 and 11 of the 2003 IBC and ANSI 117.1-2003. |
