1) Provide structural calculations and details for light pole bases by a Structural Engineer.
2) Provide structural calculations and details for retaining / site wall. Detail 2'-0" metal fencing barrier on top of wall.
3) Accessibility from parking lot into building. Provide slope at all ramps. Accessible route from West Plata St. is not compliant with the ANSI A117.1 2003 - Stairs are not allowed.
4) Rise and run of stairs, clarify where handrails and guardrails are required. Provide details for each situation.

5) Keynote 11 detail per ANSI a117.1 2003, ramps - slope etc.
6) It appears the shed addition on northside of building has not been permitted. Provide permit documentation or provide additional details / structural calculations for this addition.

1. For all poles greater than 30' in height, calculations sealed by a Registered Structural Engineer for both pole and foundation shall be submitted. Structural Plans Examiner has indicated that this information shall be placed on the plans.
2. Reference Keynote 10 Sheet E1: please justify why a non-shielded lamp may be used to replace the existing. This comment was made on the review of 3/8/05. Response has cited Table 5 of the 1993 Lighting Ordinance which allows for unshielded lamps less than 160W. Note that this applies only to incandescent lighting sources, which would not be in compliance with the source efficiency requirements of the IECC, Section 805.6. Please specify a fixture which meets both Codes.
