PLEASE CALL AT 791-5550 X1106 OR EMAIL AT Linda.Buczynski@tucsonaz.gov IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS. 1. For all poles greater than 30' in height, calculations sealed by a Registered Structural Engineer for both pole and foundation shall be submitted. Structural Plans Examiner has indicated that this information shall be placed on the plans. 2. Reference Keynote 10 Sheet E1: please justify why a non-shielded lamp may be used to replace the existing. This comment was made on the review of 3/8/05. Response has cited Table 5 of the 1993 Lighting Ordinance which allows for unshielded lamps less than 160W. Note that this applies only to incandescent lighting sources, which would not be in compliance with the source efficiency requirements of the IECC, Section 805.6. Please specify a fixture which meets both Codes. |
