A complete set of As-builts are required that include but are not limited to what is shown on the approved construction/grading plans. If the as-built deviates from the approved grading plan in any way, a revision to the grading plan (and approval) will be required prior to the approval of the as-built. The as-built of the sidewalks and centerline elevations (Amerson Surveying) that were submitted are not sufficient or complete enough to be an as-built.
