13. Security barriers must be provided at the top of a basin where water depths exceed two feet. A minimum 42-inch barrier height is required for all basins. Railings must be provided, as required by the Uniform Building Code, for retaining walls on any inlet and outlet structure headwalls and wingwalls. SDRM 3.6.2

14. Detail 3/C1.4-Catch Basin, will these be considered as cleanouts as well? Indicate graphically where the cleanout is to be located for the 24 inch perforated pipe.

15. Detail A/C1.4-Retention Pond Cross Section, indicate proposed grades/elevations.

Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
