As depicted on the site plan the front porch does not meet street perimeter yard setback requirements of LUC 3.2.6.5, which requires the greater of 20 feet and 1 1/2 times height. The approved plan in records shows the porch was originally permitted at 25 feet from street property line. Aerial photos from 2002 also indicate that the setback distance may be greater than is shown on the plan. Please clarify and explain the discrepancy. A Lot Development Option may be required if recent unpermitted additions have been made to the front of the house.
