A Site/Grading Review will be required for this proposed development, as may a floodplain use permit. Please submit two copies of a drainage report with three copies of grading plans, a grading permit application, and a "Site Review Record" with a resubmittal package, at a minimum. A floodplain Use Permit Application must also be included if there are any regulatory watercourses (flows of 100 cfs or greater during the 100-year storm event) that may be affected by this proposed development. A Floodplain Use Permit will be required is so. Please include three (3) sets of Stormwater Pollution Prevention (SWPP) plans with text if the proposed area of disturbance is greater than an acre, or part of a larger common plan. The drainage report must contain at a minimum the drainage report content requirements listed in Section 2.3.1 of Development Standard 10-02.0 (City of Tucson's Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management), and shall reflect any master drainage design that may be contained within a master drainage report. Provide/present the report as an addendum to the master report if so, with demonstration of conformance to the master report, if applicable. Balanced Basin Flow attenuation for the 2- 10- and 100-year storm events must be addressed, and the report must show how flows will be conveyed around the proposed building and enter the proposed or existing drainage pipes located at the northwest side of the building. Proposed conveyance of flows under any proposed or existing buildings may not be approved by this office.
