RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Site Plan, Grading Plan, Floodplain Use Permit and Hydrology Report. The Site Plan (SP), Grading Plan (GP), Floodplain Use Permit (FUP) and Hydrology Report (HP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Site Plan: 1. This parcel is located in the FEMA flood zone "shaded x", "un-shaded x" and the "AE" zone on panel 1643. It is also important to note that school sites may be exempt from the LUC, they are not exempt from the FEMA floodplain requirements. Please submit a Site Plan, Grading Plan, Floodplain Use Permit and Hydrology Report with all the pertinent information contained on each plan. Grading Plan: 1. Please see Site Plan comment. 2. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 3. (3) copies of the grading plan and SWPPP are required at submittal. Hydrology Report: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the HR. 2. A Hec-Ras will be required for an encroachment analysis of the Rillito Creek. 3. A HR is required for parcels affected by 100 year flows of 100 cfs, of more per S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.2. 4. The content and format of the Hydrology report should follow S.M.D.D.F.M., chap.
