This revision changes the total number of vehicle parking spaces required for the overall site to 840. Revise grand total listed under the parking calculations block as required, and revise the note which states the number of spaces required for waiver to 40 spaces. (LUC 3.3.4) (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8) 2. One (1) Class 1 bicycle parking space is required. Waiver to be applied for. 9. Provide a copy of the approved Administrative waiver with the resubmittal of this site plan. 10. Engineering Division approval is not recommended at this time. Please address the comments provided below. An over-the-counter review may be coordinated with me upon completion/provision of all items listed below: 1. Previous comment # 5 has not been fully addressed at this time. Please submit revised site and grading plan sheets demonstrating conveyance of roof drainage under all sidewalk areas, in accordance with Development Standard (DS) 2-08.4.1 E & 3-01.4.4 F. 2. Proposed grades should demonstrate water-harvesting maximization onsite to the maximum extent reasonably possible. Provide additional proposed grades, note(s) and details as necessary demonstrating conveyance of roof, parking area, and site drainage into landscape/water harvesting areas on applicable civil drawings. Assure any curb opening notes, drainage swales, and other similar conveyance mechanisms include pertinent elevations demonstrating such. 3. Depict a minimum curb return radius of 25' at the east campus entry driveway, and identify the dashed line (right of way/property line?). Add notation that a right of way permit must be obtained for this proposed modification. Contact Tucson Department of Transportation (TDOT) at 791-5100 for right of way permit inquiries and information. STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP): 1. Please provide a detail for the TOA, or stabilized construction entrance. 2. Provide contractors signed certification(s). All certifications must be signed, dated, and onsite upon commencement of earth disturbing activities. 3. Provide a detail or clearly specify the WOA depressed area dimensions and elevations, demonstrating containment of all washout materials. 4. Assure the SWPPP text and/or plan contains details for all control measures proposed for this project, including the secondary containment area, fully described and labeled. 5. Describe how and where a copy o the SWPPP will be retained onsite (Part IV J 1 - CGP). 6. Provide discussion and specify when and who shall be responsible for completion of the Site Inspection Report(s) (Appendix I). 7. Describe how and where the Operator will post a sign at the main entrance to the site containing: AZPDES authorization number (or copy of NOI authorization), construction site contact name and telephone number, brief project description, and location of the SWPPP if the site is inactive or does not have an onsite storage location (Part IV.J. 2 - CGP). Please submit a response letter and revised site and grading plans addressing all comments provided above.
