Comments:

1. The site plan cannot be approved at this time until the Engineering Section has approved the plan for compliance with the HDZ requirements.

2. Draw, dimension, and label the access easment and list the docket and page number.

3. the disturbance or grading area must be revised to include the area around the septic tanks. The disturbance as shown is not accurate. The area to be dug up for the septic tanks and leaching fields will be disturbed more than what is depicted on the plan. Please revise as required.

4. Please re-number the site plan sheets as sheet one and two. Both sheets have information that the Zoning Review Section reviews for compliance.

5. Please address all Engineering Section review comments related to the HDZ and ACS.
