IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Ckt C-6,8 does not have load allocation on panel schedule.
2. Panel C Phase A is undercounted. It appears to be 12,610 VA, not 2310. This increases the total load on both Panel C and main service, and causes Phase A on Panelboard A to be overloaded at 224A, and.
3. Note B on Sheet E3 refers the Contractor to panelboard schedule for smoke detector circuitry. Could not find such circuitry on any panelboard.
4. Please eliminate the bond in the conduit between the CT cabinet and the gutter, and between the TEP X'FMR and the CT cabinet, as it constitutes a parallel path to ground on the line side of the service disconnect.
5. Please provide calculations demonstrating compliance with the 1998 IECC.
