Review special inspection requirements shown on this sheet and delete those that are not applicable to this project. 2. The design soil bearing specification of 2000psf is shown in the foundation notes. The design calculations assume a soil bearing pressure of 1500psf. Please revise. 3. Revise the rough carpentry nailing schedule note 5 to indicate the IBC as the governing code and Table 2304.9 as the nailing reference. Sheet S2 1. Coordinate shearwall locations on the plan with the design calculations at lines 1, A and E. 2. Address the pool / powder shower condition on the foundation plan. Sheet S3 1. Provide Sheet 4 of the design calculations. This sheet would be the key plan for the beam design. Sheet S4 1. The design calculations for the cantilevered retaining wall use a soil bearing pressure of 2000psf. Revise to indicate 1500psf as shown in the design criteria. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet P1 1.
