IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

Sheet E1
1. Provide a catalogue cut sheet and mounting orientation for Fixture B. Note that such a fixture shall conform to the requirements set forth in Table 5 of the Outdoor Lighting Ordinance, http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Codes___Ordinances/Building_Codes/Outdoor_Lighting_Code.pdf.

Sheet E1.2
1. Detail 1, Site Lighting Plan, is too vague. Contractor should not be sizing conduit and conductor, and determining circuiting and Wal-Mart property limits, the Engineer shall perform this. Please detail any outdoor lighting work on the Electrical Sheets, including fixture schedules and cut sheets.
2. If any lighting pole exceeds 25' in height, provide pole and foundation details for evaluation by Structural Plans Examiner.
3. Same as comment #1 for Sheet E1 above regarding Detail 3, Truck Dock Mounting. Demonstrate compliance with the Lighting Ordinance.

Sheet E2
1. Keynote 16.603 on Power Plan near Grid Point 2.8, A does not have correspondence in the legend.

Sheet E2.1
1. Provide disconnect for EF on Ckt L1P-9.

Sheet E2.2
1. Provide transformer weight for evaluation by Structural Plans Examiner, who may require more information on Detail 7/E3.

Sheet E4
1. Feeder B20, consisting of derived conductors of a derived AC system, shall have its equipment ground sized per Table 250-66. Thus the copper ground shall be 2/0, not #1. The aluminum ground shall be 4/0, not 2/0. Please re-evaluate conduit sizing as well
2. Feeder B20, according to NEC 240-21 (c) (3) (a), shall consist of conductor with ampacity greater than the secondary current rating of the transformer. 2-350 kcmil Cu have ampacity of 620 A. Secondary current rating of the 225 KVA X'FMR is 625A. Same with the 500 kcmil Al.
3. Feeder C22, consisting of derived conductors of a derived AC system, shall have its equipment ground sized per Table 250-66. Thus the copper ground shall be 2/0, not 1/0. The aluminum ground shall be 4/0, not 3/0. Please re-evaluate conduit sizing as well.
4. Conduit on the line side of MSB1 should not have GND conductor, as it would consist of a parallel path to ground.
5. Please explicitly size the Main Bonding Jumper. (5) (400 kcmil) = 2000 (0.125) = 250 kcmil Cu. See NEC 250-102 (c).
6. Detail #3 Utility Coordination refers to MSB1 and MSB2. Line diagram only has MSB1 and MSB1 exterior. Please clarify.
7. Last figure (1145) on the last column of the load calculations does not appear to be correct. Concur with the KVA TOTAL and TOTAL AMPS, even though the values for the component loads do not match demand loads in all cases.
8. Please show fault calculations, or printout of parameters of such. Show how there are 8562A and 8485A of AFC at L1B and L2B, respectively.
9. In the case of series-rated panels, specify line side and load side overcurrent devices which are intended to operate together, and their respective ratings.

Sheet E4.1
1. Ckt H1A-18 appears to have no load. Please clarify.
2. Pnl H1A appears to have 54 circuits, in violation of NEC 384-15. Please clarify.
3. It is not clear how the 10 and 15 HP motors (cooling tower and pump) Ckts H1B-32, 34, 36 and H1B-38, 40, 42 are to be provided with overload protection, and what the conductor sizes are from the feeder to the individual motors, and whether the 60A CB at the panel is intended for ground fault and short circuit protection, or just to protect the conductor. Please provide more information.

Sheet E4.2
1. Panel L1B appears to total 195.55 KVA feeder load and 543A, as opposed to 521 A.
2. Panel CHL appears to total 55 Total Load Amps and 69 Feeder Load Amps, not 30. It looks as though the current was calculated as for a 480V panel, as opposed to 208.
3. Ckt L2B-2,4,6 with #2 conductor, is not protected at 125A. Ampacity of #2 is 115A. Please correct, or justify otherwise.
