Approval of the grading plan is not recommended at this time. Please provide a plan addressing the following comments: 1. Demonstrate containment of runoff in water harvesting areas on the east and west perimeters, and in the southwest corner of the site, meeting the 6" minimum depth for the water harvesting areas indicated. Elevations provided indicate straight grades to the northern portion of the site, without containment. Terracing/berming at periodic intervals (at contours provided), with proposed finish grades indicated, may sufficiently demonstrate containment in these areas (Sheets 3/4) 2. See "blueline" mark-ups on sheets 3 and 4 to address all other concerns/comments for grading plan approval. An over-the-counter review may be scheduled with me upon addressing of all items indicated.
