The following items must be revised on or added to the site plan: 1. Please provide a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) on the Plan. The FAR is calculated as the gross floor area divided by the total site area. DS 2-02.2.2.A.2 2. It is stated in the loading calcs that 8 loading spaces are required. Only 7 spaces, dimensioned at the required 12- foot width, appear on the drawing. Please clarify or revise. DS 2-02.2.2.A.5 3. The lots must be combined prior to site plan approval. Please provide documentation of lot combination, including assessor's tax combo form and notarized/recorded covenant.
