Floodplain approval is not recommended at this time. Please address the following comments prior to resubmittal: DRAINAGE REPORT: 1) The topographic contours on figure 3 do not correspond with those provided in the report and on figure 4 - site plans. Please address this discrepancy and provide a basis of elevation with reference to City of Tucson Book and Page. 2) The offsite watershed depicted does not include what appears to be contributing drainage area(s) south of Silverlake Road and east of Kino Parkway. Please address this area, in addition to any contributing Silverlake Road drainage and revise subsequent calculations as necessary, per the City of Tucson's Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management (SMDDFM), Sections 2.3.1.3 A - Development Standard 10-02.0. 3) Demonstrate all weather access requirements will be met for both sites. 4) Address floodplain protection for the building pads and include any erosion protection notes and recommendations on the site plans. 5) Provide the 26th Street floodplain delineation for site # 6 on the site plan. 6) Please include floodplain use permit approval in the "objectives" portion of the report. SMDDFM, Sec. 2.3.1.2 B. FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT COMMENTS 1) On exhibits titled "Site Plan", please remove depiction and label for keynote # 20. For all sites, the trash pick-up areas shall be curbside, or otherwise specified by Solid Waste, and no striping for trash pick-up areas will be allowed in street. 2) A grading plan submittal, with a completed grading permit application may be required for this project. 3) A $150.00 drainage review fee will be required with the resubmittal, in accordance with Section 26-11.2 (i), Tucson Code. 4) Please provide the City's JE account number for the processing of fees for this project.
