2. The ventilation rate for rooms 001 and 012 is more appropriately identified as "Offices - Reception Area", with an occupant load of 60 people per 1000 square feet and 15 CFM per person. Reference Section 403.3, IMC 2000.
3. The ventilation rate for room 103 is more appropriately identified as "Theater - Ticket Booths", with an occupant load of 60 people per 1000 square feet and 20 CFM per person. Reference Section 403.3, IMC 2000.
4. Refer to Section 403.3.2 of the 2000 IMC to determine the correct amount of ventilation for areas served by a common ventilation source but having different ventilation rates (e.g. AHU-1, FC-1, FC-9, FC-11, and FC-12).
5. Coordinate the amount of outside air scheduled for the air handling units and fan coil units on sheet M3.0 with the required amount of outside air shown on sheet M1.0. Reference Section 106.3.1, IMC 2000.
6. Provide duct smoke detector in return duct of AHU-1. Reference Section 606.2, IMC 2000.
7. Provide fire dampers for ducts from EF-2 and SF-1 at their penetration of the 2-hour party wall. Reference Section 607.5, IMC 2000.
