All corrections shall be made on the original tracings and two new sets of prints or (1) sepia and (1) blue line shall be returned. 2. Pen or Pencil corrections on final prints will not be acceptable. To avoid delays ensure that all corrections have been made, are complete and have been coordinated on all applicable details and notes. 3. List square footage on the plan. Site Plan 1. Provide dimensions from applicable structure to property lines. 2. Indicate location of gas, water, electric and sewer lines on the property. Foundation Plans 1. Landing at front door is required. Minimum 3' width, 6" on each side of door and it must slope away from the house. Structural Plans 1. Detail the barge rafter and how it will attach to the north and south non-bearing wall. H2.5 or A35 on alternating studs. 2. Indicate exterior materials on all details. 3. Blocking for roof edge nailing is required to complete shear load path for roof diaphragm. Indicate on detail 1/W2. Elevations 1. Provide attic ventilation calculations in compliance with R806.2 unless R-38 will be used. Plumbing Plans 1. Note and specify that shower enclosures shall have a minimum finished interior of 1024 square inches and shall be capable of encompassing a minimum 30" circle per UPC sec 410. 2. Provide note regarding penetrations in fire wall on plumbing plans and electrical plans. 3. Lavatories and sinks cannot be on the same tree in a fire wall. The waste plumbing of these fixtures must be offset from each other. 4. Water heater must be put in an enclosure, Show this on the plan. Show pressure and temperature relief lines exiting the water heater enclosure. Electrical Plans 1. Note circuit number on the plan view of each electrical fixture. MEC 1.
