SUMMARY: Engineering Division has reviewed the drainage Report, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Grading and Site Plans. Approval of the Site Plan may not occur prior to drainage report approval, and is not recommended at this time. Address the following comments in your re-submittal:
SITE and GRADING PLAN:
1. As previously commented, provide retention/detention basin details with elevations and dimensions fully labelled. The detail should be provided on the grading plan and in the drainage report.
2. The site and grading plans show retention/detention facilities within the right-of-way along Bilby Road. Contact the City of Tucson Department of Transportation Real Estate Division at (520) 791-4181 to obtain a Temporary Revocable Easement for private use of the Right-of-Way.
DRAINAGE REPORT
3. Provide retention/detention basin details with elevations and dimensions fully labeled, in the report (SMDDFM, sec. 2.3.1.6 A 4 a, d & e);

Resubmittal shall include a revised site and grading plan, drainage report, and should also include a completed grading permit application, SWPPP's and required accompanying documents.
