This plan has been reviewed for compliance with development standards 2-02 site content and specifications. Additional review for compliance with development standards, 2-08, 2-09, 3-01, and 3-05 has been made. 2. This comment was not fully addressed. Sheet C1.1 addresses the taper for Tucson Blvd. but not for Bilby Rd. The MS&R plan must address how current code items, parking, landscape and access will be met at the time of widening. See engineering & landscape comments. It appears the MS&R taper has been deleted from this plan. Provide documentation from COT Traffic Engineering, which states that the taper will not be required and that there is no dedication of right-of-way required. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A19. 3. This comment has not been addressed. Again this project is proposed to be built per sheet C1 not C1.1 the reduction in parking is not allowed until the dedication or taking of ROW is completed. Revise the parking calculation. If there is no dedication of right-of-way then there is no MS&R adjustment available for use in the parking calculation. Revise the calculation.
