Site Plan Comments: 1) Provide additional finish grades and spot elevations for the project site and the adjacent areas. Provide sufficient information to show that the proposed drainage will work and to show that off-site flows will be accepted. (City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) 2-02.2.1.A.23) 2) Show roof drainage patterns. Provide sidewalk scuppers at each downspout location and indicate that all flows up to a 10-year event will be conveyed under sidewalks. (DS 2-02.1.A.16 and DS 2-08.5.1.E) 3) Provide the basis of bearing. (DS 2-02.2.1A.5) 4) Provide basis of elevation. (DS 2-02.2.1A.5) 5) Correct the spelling in general notes 20 and 25.
