This not only detracts from the appearance of the property but also results in debris being blown around the area and around the neighborhood. Trashing the area and neighborhood. I've been noticing a growing issue in my area over the past 3 years. There are often homeless individuals staying in or around trash bins, and there’s also a lot of illegal dumping happening. The situation seems to be getting worse, and it’s becoming a serious concern for our neighborhood and environment.
