All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. The project was reviewed under the City of Tucson's local amendments to UBC Chapter 11. All accessibility requirements must be identified and detailed on the plans according to those rules and guidelines. GENERAL: q A review was started on the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical portion of the submittal, however it has been discovered that the plans submitted for the permit represent an incomplete design (the documents are between 65% and 75% complete). Therefore the submittal has been rejected without further review. A review of the mechanical, plumbing and electrical submittal will begin when a submittal has been received which represents a complete design. q The architectural portion of the submittal has yet to be reviewed. When completed, review comments regarding the architectural portion will be incorporated in a separate review letter. -End of Review- |
